Blending Mustang’s punchy acceleration with SUV styling and EV convenience, the 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E is one of the best daily drivers for environmentally conscious families. With four trim levels and four powertrain options, finding a setup to suit your lifestyle has never been easier.
The new Mach-E builds on the previous model’s year with performance upgrades, such as a heat pump standard across all trims for optimized energy consumption, especially in Ohio’s cold winters. Power comes from the model’s four tried-and-tested powertrains, making it easy to choose the right setup for you. The base configuration mates a 72.0 kWh battery with a permanent magnet synchronous AC motor driving the rear wheels.
This system generates 264 horsepower and 387 lb-ft of torque, more than enough for daily commutes and casual family trips. You can get more from the available 91.0 kWh battery that generates 290 horsepower with the same motor. All-wheel drive is available across all trims and standard on the GT and Rally models, delivering up to 480 horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque for a 0-60 time of 3.3 seconds.
Range to Go Far
No matter what battery and motor setup you prefer, the 2025 Mach-E has the range to take you wherever you need to be. The standard setup delivers up to 250 miles, meaning it can take you from Columbiana to Baltimore or Washington, DC without stopping for a charge. With the bigger battery and the RWD setup, you get up to 320 miles.
The all-wheel drive configuration also delivers between 230 and 300 miles, depending on the trim level and battery type. Both batteries are fast-charging capable, or you can replenish them at home using either a standard 120V or a 240V outlet or Ford’s wall charging station that can add up to 28 miles of range for every hour of charging.
Infotainment and Driver Assistance
The 2025 Mach-E maintains most tech features of its predecessor but makes them better with exciting upgrades. A highlight is the new Ford Connectivity Package that enables in-vehicle Wi-Fi for up to 10 devices connected at the same time and with a range that extends up to 50 feet around the vehicle, so you can stay connected while camping or tailgating. Entertainment apps include YouTube, allowing you to watch videos while the vehicle is parked.
The package also includes built-in Alexa and connected navigation with access to an EV Trip Planner, Route Guidance, and Predictive Destinations. In equipped models, the BlueCruise technology comes with automatic lane changing.
